I have placed an order when will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is between 2-5 days. After that, delivery times vary depending on product ordered and location. Estimated delivery times are usually between 20-50 days. However this is only a rough estimate and your products may arrive prior to the estimated times.

Please keep in mind that this may be affected due to varying circumstances and you products may arrive sooner.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

All sales are final. In the highly unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 7 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. We are not liable for damages caused to product during shipping.
